Lunch in the restaurant

We were heir today for a lunch on Sunday. Carpaccio was very good. Rump steak with chanterelles and onions very good. Schnitzel also very good. Various desserts also very good. Mood also quite nice. Service made a slightly stressed impression.

Nice hotel, good location

Stayed here for 4 nights.
Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Free car park on site, never had a problem getting a space even tho hotel was pretty full.
Room was spacious altho wardrobe space could have been larger. Small shower cubicle in decent sized bathroom.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice - cold meats, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, fruit, yoghurts, pastries, breads, bacon and scrambled eggs. Oat milk provided as the alternative to cows milk.
Are there one evening and the food was very good.
Next door is a Penny supermarket and just down the road is an Aldi. Bus stop 50m down the road and around a 15min walk into Burscheid.

The hotel is a very good one, rooms are clean, receptionists are extremely helpful. Maybe it's a bit pricey for what they offer, but not too much. That being said, the internet connection was mediocre at best; and worst of all, I could hear loudly the sound of the TV coming from the room next to mine; so I had to wait until it was switched off to get some sleeping
