This property is a hidden gem. The location is absolutely gorgeous with idyllic scenes of the farmland on the other side of the Elbe. Sitting outside on the terrace watching the peaceful river flow by was a real treat. I would recommend the Elbterrassen to anyone searching for a beautiful, peaceful spot to relax in for a few days. The restaurant is also very good so no need to go anywhere else while you are here.

What a disappointment!

Totally excessive prices on the terrace! Changing from pommes to salt potatoes cost 50 cents and there were actually 2 lost potatoes on the fish plate without sauce! The complaint was picked up by a loudly screaming employee since February this year. Should complain at www..... .Very customer unfriendly! The location is great! The deer goulash was very clear! I was lucky I wasn't that hungry! It's getting worse and worse! Thank God you can't change the situation. Next time - eat enough somewhere else and just a beer on the beautiful terrace! The service Mr. Samir El-Quardy was the only positive before the situation!

Guesthouse with ferryman

Wonderfully quiet location on the Elbe. Cyclists were well-adjusted. The food was OK, especially the service with garage and individual ferry service to the other bank. Very original is the service to pick people up from the other bank!

Very nice little hotel on the shore of Elbe. Beautiful located veranda on which had a beer before dinner. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. The room was clean, had a view to the river and a small balcony. Toilet and shower in super good condition. Overall a great place and good price/performance ratio.
