Very bad family short vacation
When we arrived we were greeted very rudely, when my husband wanted to pay with the card the tap-to-pay function did not work and he was told that there was no money in the account, very insolent, then the receptionist kept going outside to smoke and simply left the guests standing there. I had booked via the tour operator kurz mal weg.de and redeemed a voucher, it was not in the system at all, so they had to ask at the travel agency.
I also did not get an appointment for the Semperoper tour.
The rooms were okay. Breakfast too, but very disorganized. So we will not book the hotel again, not even privately through the site.

From check-in to earlier check-out a pure disaster!!!Just trouble and stress!!!
We arrived on Wednesday the 11.03.26.
The friendly woman at the reception mind unfortunately bad German!
Our reservation of a single room,but the double room was not deposited!
After a long discussion and call to the organizer, we were informed that everything was properly transmitted to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the hotel has messed with our reservation.
The woman came straight to the bed tax and the parking fee of 10Euro per day!
By the way, she mentioned that there is no hot water!!!!!
On request,when warm water would be possible again she could not give us any information.
We could then go to our rooms with the hope that we will have hot water for showering as soon as possible!
The next day we went back to reception, this time there were 2men there.
They knew good German but also no precise indication when there is hot water again.
Saying it's our turn day and night.
As a small compensation for the inconvenience, we were charged a free drink every day and no fee for parking.
At dinner the promised drinks were delivered.
The condition was not informed by the hotel management about the free drinks!
I had to sign for the drinks!
The next day cold water still existed, and we were still put off by the hotel management.....
We then contacted our tour operator again.
He personally contacted the hotel management about the existing problems.
Afterwards he got back to us with the statement when we receive a written confirmation from the hotel that the two booked days will be refunded to the organizer.
Then we can check out of this hotel.
Upon renewed urging to the hotel management, this letter was sent to the organizer.
Now we could check out, but the young man at the reception wanted to charge for the promised free drinks.
A cheek!!!

With a cheeky grin on your face!
After a heated discussion with several witnesses and threats with a lawyer, we were finally able to leave the hotel at no additional cost.
And we could book a better hotel.....
We strongly advise against booking this hotel!!

Once and never again!
After 30 minutes of looking for a receptionist, he realized there was no reservation. Nonetheless reluctantly given us a room, of course to the side of the road ( here the convenient location avenges itself). In the room lamp and socket without function, stains on the carpet, cobwebs on the wall. Breakfast quite okay, lives up to the 3 stars. Realizing the check-in we wanted to check out the night before, the same unmotivated employee explained to us that this was not possible. Why not we could not understand. In-room drinks are prohibited ( Hahaha ).

Not again
On a little early arrival we were welcomed by an annoyed, unmotivated, unfriendly receptionist. First he explained to us that we would not get a room when booking through Expedia, as Expedia allegedly owed the hotel money. Only after I showed the booking and said that the local payment was agreed we got a room card after previous payment.
The rooms are 3 star level and tolerable. The good location to public transport
is unfortunately bought with strong market value.
The parking situation is good and costs 10 euros per day.
Breakfast is adequate and good.
Unfortunately, the receptionist's mood was not better the next morning, so we cannot recommend this place and will not come back.
