Location location location. Service is good. Quiet very comfortable room. Recommended!

You cannot beat the location in the old town square. Our large room (521) overlooked the Frauenkirche and was quiet and totally comfortable.
Five star rating may be pushing it a bit, but Suitess really is an excellent boutique hotel.
Breakfast is sumptuous. Service in general is good. Wi-Fi works well. Highly recommended accommodation in the Old Town.

Lovely and clean hotel with ambiance

Stayed here in a spacious clean room with comfortable beds and a bathroom as a dance hall with TV. With the car parked in front of the door, checked in, luggage brought to the room and then the car taken to the nearest Q-park to recharge (was 2 blocks away, and close by). The location of the hotel is in a quiet street, yet very close to the square with the Frauenkirche. As always, I bring nespresso cups just in case, which I could also use in our room. We had a room with windows , which offered a view of the basement in which the reception desk was located. Even though without a view is cheaper, but quieter to sleep (except for 1 night in which a couple apparently had a noisy lovemaking ). Breakfast we did not enjoy there, because we had a nice frükstückt every morning at Edelweiss on the square overlooking the Frauenkirche . There are also several bakeries with terraces or indoor seats nearby.

Simply Perfect!

Really nice room, lots of space, clean and quiet. Very good breakfast until 11 with good choices. Friendly and helpful personell. Location is the best you can get.

Very disappointed

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a great disappointment. For a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star hotel, we expected significantly more – both in terms of service and equipment.
The furnishings and equipment in our view do not meet the standard of a luxury hotel. A lot of things seemed rather average and not particularly high-quality.
However, the handling of our situation was particularly disappointing: Due to a serious family emergency we had to cancel our stay two nights early. This was not a voluntary decision. Nevertheless, the hotel showed no accommodation – not even one night was refunded.
Especially from a hotel of this category we would have expected significantly more understanding, flexibility and customer orientation. Overall, the service and quality unfortunately does not match what you might expect from a 5-star hotel.

Basically a very good hotel.

First, the positive. The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the Frauenkirche
Right in the center. There is a discounted underground car park right next to the hotel.
Rooms are modern, clean and large. Should not be daily cleaning of the room
need there is a discount. Breakfast is on the 5th floor overlooking the church.
Staff very friendly and helpful. In our case we were in the evening (away)
tel. informs that in the morning (date of departure) the hotel as well as the whole city center
is evacuated due to a plane bomb nearby and we therefore leave in time
should not get stuck in traffic.
Unfortunately, the noise in the morning on working days is not so positive. Below our room were
so from about 6:30 garbage containers and rolling containers pushed over the paving stones what noise
has caused. The reverse warning of the delivery trucks contributed the rest.
Therefore only 4 points.
