Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants, making everything easily

Price/performance ratio not OK!

Rooms were only cleaned upon request during the time (4 days), even water glasses were only available upon request. Leaving luggage at the hotel after checkout costs extra. Breakfast was simple but reasonably okay.

Below expectations

Hotel well located, very close to the Dresden Hbf station.
Room full of dust....after 3 days no one came to clean the room...make the beds....wash the bathroom......and change the towels.....we had to ask the staff ourselves if they would change our towels and give us toilet paper......in my point of view the room should be made up every day....or at worst every two days.....
bathroom for my wife who is disabled without grab bars....because in the large rooms there is no bathroom for the disabled......
the bathroom for the disabled is equipped only in the rooms for two people......
It is not the staff's fault, but the fault lies with those who manage this hotel chain....who do not know what disability is...

In a room for 6 people one toilet and one shower a small horrible hotel food sucks a small selection of drinks sucks I don't think this hotel will ever succeed because horror

One night

Beautiful hotel convenient and close to the train station. International breakfast. Billiards, board games to spend an evening with friends and pass the time. Normal rooms with basic amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
