First class hotel

Super nice stay, newly furnished rooms and a large breakfast buffet met all our expectations. Parking in front of and behind the hotel was free and public transport within three minutes easy reach of the city centre. Very friendly staff and also the sauna we used several times. Thank you very much for these great days, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back

Very pleasant stay.
Staff all nice and accommodating.
Good breakfast.
Everything very clean.
Not so nice was that the rooms although very clean are carpeted.

Great days in Dresden

Very nice hotel and great service. Our wishes were fulfilled without complaint. Ample parking on site and convenient transport links to the motorway and by public transport.

Feel-good stay! in the 'East'!

Quiet room, pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff and a mega breakfast made the stay a very relaxing experience!
Cotta is a nice neighborhood, and the old town is easy to reach by public transport.

Not recommend

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Upon arrival around 8:30 PM, a restaurant employee reacted rudely to a simple question about dinner and literally waved us out to the street instead of helping. The reception offered no assistance either.
The building feels old and poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell throughout. Radiators in the room were cold, making the stay uncomfortable.
Breakfast was disappointing, and after drinking a cappuccino I felt unwell, so I could not finish breakfast.
Overall, this place feels closer to a 2-star hotel than what is advertised. I would not recommend it.
