Perfect stay for an event, or a layover. Handy location close to public transport. Generous breakfast, clean, spacious and modern rooms.

Not recommended!

Distance 5 Nights.
Orible le Bed very soft, do not get married even one night well and with back pain . The first night it didn't work the climate control advised the reception and they told me sometimes I need more time to warm up the room outside temperature minus 7 degrees. But all night I was in a very very cold room. The next day I called out the dysfunction of the air conditioning Mr. Schilman unapologetically and with a bad face told me that a technician was coming. After the technician the device works. The technician averaged the temperature in the room and was in 12 degrees cold. It also has no mini bar in the room or landline. The most worn bathroom sizes .the view of the window to train tracks that produces noise all night and also mushroom in the shower. You cannot recommend the hotel H2 .

Great place to stay

The Hotel was incredible for the price and completely exceeded what I was expecting from a budget hotel.
Hotel was spotless, bed was comfy, staff were friendly and really helpful and the included breakfast was really nice too.
I found the hotel to be a great base for exploring Düsseldorf. It’s not especially close to the centre but it is only a short walk away from various public transport stops.
I’d highly recommend the H2.

Bad experience with a big group

I am the tour leader of a group that has just left the hotel. I regret to say that we had a very unpleasant experience, as the staff was very rude to us and also failed to honor the requests we had agreed upon the day before with the manager, who was the only one who treated us courteously. I strongly advise against accepting large groups if they are going to be treated this way.

everything ok, hotel without luxury but everything you need

Everything is fine in this hotel, clean modern, very helpful staff. No luxury just the necessary, but there 'everything you need. I loved the breakfast with a great choice of both sweet and savory. Another thing I liked is the common areas with lots of green used as furniture. Bravo
