Avoid this hotel – very poor experience and lack of support.
We had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Gemini and would strongly advise others to avoid it.
Due to the poor quality of the key card, it broke accidentally. When we arrived late at night, we were unable to access the hotel or our room. There was no emergency phone number available, and despite trying to call, we received no answer. As a result, we were forced to find alternative accommodation elsewhere that night.
The hotel did not respond until the following morning around 10:00. When we returned, the situation was handled very poorly. We were told we had to pay €30 for the card, despite the fact that it broke due to its poor condition.
When I later requested compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs we incurred, I received a private message that contained incorrect statements about our behaviour and the condition of the room. This was particularly frustrating, as both the room and the hotel in general were already in a poor state of cleanliness upon arrival.
Overall, the lack of support, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of the situation made this a very unpleasant stay. In our opinion, it is far better to pay a bit more and stay elsewhere than to risk having a similar experience here.

HORRIBLE
Warning: never make a reservation at the Hotel "Gemini" Dusseldorf Germany. We got a man who does the violent cleaning, RUDE, he offended us because we warned that the water came out cold and not hot. He yelled at us and forced us out of the room. Horrible experience we do not recommend them to anyone. I'm very sad and scared. It's not a good hotel to stay, never!!!!!!

Hotel manager chases us out of Fleckenhotel
No parking spaces for visitors and for public parking you should sheet 33 € per day. The only solution you have here is to find far outside nen public parking without any fees and then drive to the hotel by public transport.
In the room we first checked the bed once and saw red spots on the sheet there. Since we arrived late at night we accepted this and wanted to clarify the topic the following day.
Then 10 a.m. we go to the reception. It doesn't seem to be busy 24/7. So we call the Tel. number from the mail to check-in and get the voicemail twice. Ne hour later, you came through. The clue to the stains was then immediately assumed to have caused the stains. After a brief clarification that they had been there since the start, no correct answer came as to how to proceed here. It was quasi simply noted.
At 2pm the hotel manager knocked on the door and wanted to talk about how we complained. When asked if the sheets with the stains can be changed please came a bargain "no". He looked at the sheet and said that these are lacquer stains and you don't buy new sheets at every small stain because they are too expensive for him.
And then the manager completely acted up how dare we leave a bad review. A big argument broke out, with the manager looking very over grippy and out of control. He had started filming us and the room, as we could leave damage to the room out of frustration. He then left the room and asked us "never to come back."
My partner was completely dispersed after the performance and we no longer felt safe in the hotel. So we packed it all up and then left at 4pm. Please never book this hotel!!!

Rip off, wants extra money on top of what I paid.
This is a terrible place, the horrible guy who works there asked for €60 euro or I will be kick out. Unacceptable behaviour, I called the police on him but they said they wont do anything. This guy was very rude. Never again, please void this place at all cost.

Worst Hotel ever
Should be downrated to a dormitory, no, heating in Dusseldorf in November means a uncomfortable stay, no hot water, no coffee making facilities, a 1000 Euro charge for 3 nights would be better off spent in the local YMCA, dont be fooled by the charming facade on the website, the rest is terrible
