Straight off the metro so great for the Messe and 15 mins walk to the old town main streets. Perfect location. Hotel is clean and has everything you need. Breakfast is good

Great stay, room was clean, good sized and perfect for a one night football trip.
Hotel was fully accommodating to allow us to leave bags in the morning when we arrived and return after the match at 23:00 to check in.

Ideal for visiting Christmas markets

We were received very friendly. We had room 16. A lovely big room, lovely bed. Breakfast was also fine, there was something for everyone. Small 10 min walk to Christmas markets, ideal! Tip for parking: especially make reservations at qpark stadtmitte. Small 5 minute walk to t hotel.

Near center, but not recommended

Hotel close to everything in the center but no hotel to go back to. Small room (room 43) with far too small bathroom and not so clean, also no night light on either side of the bed. Had problems with noise from outside through window that could not close. When I asked to do something about it, first tape was used and the day after insistence a towel was placed on the opening. Without much result. So 2 nights in a row without real sleep. Already done many hotels in Düsseldorf, but never this one again.

Nice 3 star hotel close to train station and UBahn. Clean and correct, decent breakfast, good value for money. I rented a "suite" and it came with a nice size bathroom (including tub!), lounge area with couch and tv, and nice sized bedroom. A fan was included; as the sign on the door says - AC would make the hotel a 4 star and more expensive. The fan worked very well and was quiet. Only conplaint is the bed is really hard, just a plain stiff mattress, not comfortable. If there had been a mattress topper to make it a bit softer, then this would be a 5 star review. Still a nice place in the middle of the city.
