The hotel is gorgeous! There’s a beautiful garden area in a shared open space, it’s very serene and calming. The staff were easy to speak with and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, great water pressure. Located next to a bakery and market, not far from the main road, river, and shops.

" CLEANLINESS". MR. OWNER

It is a great pity that such a nice place is not cleaned as it should be! The girl came after six days and we never saw her again. ... we stayed for 15 days. After all it is not a cheap place and no one did put some disinfectant in the toilet either. We went to buy the product for the toilet.

First of all I would like to say that the place is very nice and the gentleman at the reception is very kind and helpful. If you stay for one or two nights you will love it! If you stay for 15 nights, like we did, you will find out that the cleaning situation is precarious! At the beginning it was all right. During our stay the suite has been cleaned ONCE and after there was dust everywhere and not only! Normally we took most of the rubbish out our selves. Four days before we left the kitchen was full of rubbish and the gentleman at the reception came and took it away himself! We would like to say: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: WHEN YOU PAY € 2.245,00 you would expect some very basic service.

Fine, pleasant experience, worth repeating

The two of us and the dog were very welcome here. Super friendly staff, nice is a secure parking garage. It's a bit tight with parking, especially with the current big cars, but it's doable.
The room was neat, everything was there. We did not have a kitchen for 1 night, but we had a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge at our disposal, so that was also super.
You are right in the center, near Carlsplatz with lots of fun in the form of a 'market'. Near a supermarket that is open until late and plenty of restaurants within walking distance with terraces for the good weather and some terraces also with terrace heating. Very nice experience, worth it and definitely something we will go back to if we are going to do another weekend Düsseldorf.

A TOP!

A happy discovery that this building furnished in a very "cozy" way in different types of apartments. We had chosen "superior suite" or a very large studio with high level equipment and furnishings, the same for the bathroom. A well appointed interior garden enhances the decor. The Welcoming Lobby seduces from the entrance. Reception on the 1st floor (staircase) but possibility of elevator via the garage (ground floor) (25 Sur per J)
The location allows you to be very quickly close to the Rhine, the daily market, museums and shopping centers.
In short, everything we were looking for and will find again during our next stay.
