Clean and Quiet

We stayed at the Pension Roswitha on our latest trip to Germany. After a long flight, after arrival at Frankfurt airport, we were looking for a quiet place to stay for the night before heading out for Northern Germany. Pension Roswitha is about a 30 minute drive north of Frankfurt airport. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and there are several very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spotlessly clean, Internet and parking was free, as was the breakfast.....which was excellent. What more can you ask for, other than price which, for 75 euros per night, was a bargain.

Clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed for one night. The hotel was very clean but our room was not particularly comfortable. We reserved a double but were given a room with a double bed and two twin beds. It was a daylight basement room. The two chairs in the room were lawn furniture with cushions. The beds were the typical low German beds. No place to get comfy. The room and bathroom had fairly dim lighting. During the evening and morning we could hear sounds from the hotel family, a child running and a baby crying. It was quiet during the night. There were parking spaces but they were all taken when we got in for the evening at 6:00 p.m. So we parked on the street. Breakfast was typical German fare in a nice, clean breakfast room.

Basic German Business Hotel

Clean, comfortable, basic room, small TV, but free wifi so didn't even turn the TV on. Typical small German hotel. Watch out for the single room.
Would stay here again, not as close to Usingen as I would have liked but easy enough to get into town.

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale

Hotel pulito, carino e confortevole. Ubicato in una zona "30" molto tranquilla. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione variegata e di qualità. Ci si dorme molto bene, e girando molti hotel per lavoro o per piacere, purtroppo ho imparato che non è cosa da dare per scontata.

Gute Unterkunft mit freundlichem Gastgeber

Im Klippenhotel habe ich zwei Nächte verbracht. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Gastgeber freundlich und das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt in einem kleinen Ort in der Nähe der bekannten Eschbacher Klippen.
