Convenient .. Indian travellers will like it... Travel by bus or tram if possible...

My stay at Hotel Düsseldorfer in Frankfurt in June 2024 was truly a beautiful experience, and I can highly recommend it for its blend of comfort and convenience. A standout aspect was the very helpful Indian staff at the reception, who made us feel incredibly welcome and at home.
The room we had was notably spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind after busy days of exploring. The hotel's location is undoubtedly a big plus, with excellent public transport links right nearby. This made getting around Frankfurt incredibly easy, allowing us to travel late into the night without any issues.
While the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Central Station (HBF) can have a slightly tricky reputation, requiring a bit of awareness, it's easily navigated. If you prefer to avoid the busiest part of the station area on foot, a short one-stop bus or tram ride from HBF will take you to a more comfortable spot near the hotel. Once you're aware of this minor point, the location truly proves to be very convenient. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Düsseldorfer and would happily choose it again for future visits to Frankfurt.

Dirty and terrible!

Dirty and terrible! The staff is rude, the room smells bad, is dirty and noisy. Breakfast is awful, the buffet is poor and barely hygienic!
At the entrance, a group of drug addicts hangs around.
This place should absolutely be avoided! It's disgusting!
Sporco e terribile! Il personale scontroso, la camera puzzolente, sporca e rumorosa. La colazione uno schifo, il buffet misero ed igienicamente a limite!
All'ingresso della struttura vivacchiano un gruppetto di tossici .
Questa struttura è assolutamente da evitare! È uno schifo!!!

Not good for Solo Females

Good location but very uncomfortable atmosphere. I made a review on another site and they rudely responded, giving out about my delayed review (sorry I’m busy..) and how I didn’t complain to the receptionist at the time.
The receptionist asked me on a date so I was creeped out, the lock wouldn’t work and the receptionist also called my room number aloud (I was a girl on my own and there was a group of men right behind me)

OUTRAGEOUS and SHAMEFUL!!

The experience was horrible and surreal: I checked in and went to rest in my room. At 1:30 in the morning a man starts banging on my room door saying he is from reception. When he doesn't receive a response, he continues to do it another 4 times. Of course, I don't open or answer. As a woman traveling alone, after this I feel insecure.
The next morning, when commenting on the situation at reception, they told me that it was the guy at reception because I had not paid at check-in. NO ONE told me I had to pay at that time. However, it was a work trip and I was going to be staying at the same hotel for 2 more days and they had my card information. Does anyone really think it's a good idea to bang on a guest's door in the middle of the night to Go down to reception to pay a bill that you can perfectly pay the next day? OUTRAGEOUS and SHAMEFUL!!!
The only thing I received is a sorry for pure commitment arguing again that the boy did it because he had not paid. AWFUL
