Well, but...

Central, but with the need to pick up transport to the center. The reception was pretty unpleasant and the service is terrible. It was cold in the room and it was not possible to regulate the air conditioning, although requested at the reception, likewise I was without a coffee machine working throughout the stay and no one arranged. The good is the size of the room and the extraordinary breakfast.

Our stay at the nhow Hotel was simply outstanding. We were welcomed very friendly and professionally right at check-in. The entire team was attentive, helpful, and ensured that we felt welcome from the very first moment.
The room was modern, stylishly furnished, and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, so we slept excellently. We particularly liked the extraordinary design of the hotel and the pleasant atmosphere.
Many thanks to the entire team for the great stay. We would love to come back and can recommend the nhow Hotel without reservation!

Anytime again

I was very satisfied with the entire design of the building and specifically the room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff members. Price-wise, it's on the higher end.

Great hotel, unfortunately a very unfriendly employee at check-in.

A really very nice hotel and also very nice room furnishings. The gym, as well as the sauna, which are usable 24/7, are also truly a highlight.
The star deduction is for the view; I booked a suite where it was stated that one would be accommodated on one of the upper floors. Unfortunately, from the 6th floor where my suite was, one could only look at the parking garage of the shopping center next door.
At check-in, there was an extremely unfriendly, unpleasant, and unengaged lady who did not speak German very well. Other than my room key, I received no further information, neither why my credit card was needed again for the already paid room (only upon inquiry was I told curtly and in an annoyed manner that a deposit must be paid), nor where various things are located in the hotel, or by when checkout must occur.
