Practical and convenient hotel

Not certainly a luxury hotel but something practical, well organized, clean and efficient with a small kitchen and comfortable bed. The balcony door was broken bu it wasn t a problem.

I said I had a good stay. The room clean. My only problem with the stay was when we first entered. The night before I was told I needed to provide a better photo of my passport, which I did, and I received an email stating all was set. When I tried to enter I was told after many attempts that I needed to provide a photo of myself, which took much time. You had no problem taking my money in advance, but made it very difficult to enter the place while standing outside in the cold for a looong time.

There was no reception... it is not a hotel. It is just some random place with electronic door locks.

Disgusting.

Bizar that they ask 150€ per night for this sh*t hole. Never felt so unsafe in a ‘hotel’. To enter the building you need to pass an alleyway and go up some stairs where you need to step over homeless people who are using drugs. The room was dirty and worn out, when you take a shower the water the whole bathroom is flooded due to a missing shower divider/curtain. No deadbolt, so I needed to barricade my door with a chair and my suitcase. No cleaning in all the days and also no new towels, and no trash been removed.

Very impersonal, strange smell, didn't feel very safe

- When I arrive in the evening in March, all the room windows were open and it seems they had been all day. The room was absolutely freezing and also smelled bad since the windows were just above the dustbin area of the local supermarket.
- The corridors also smelled bad.
- There was also no physical lock/latch/chain to lock the door from the inside, just the electronic code combination lock on the outside, which made me feel unsafe.
- The check-in process (online only) is a hassle and requires you to send them digital photos of your ID. Not only does it feel sketchy to send them digital copies of my ID, but it's ridiculous to pretend this is necessary to fulfill a legal requirement to check guest identity, since there is in any case nobody to check that the person who sent ID days before is actually the person who turns up.
- Finally a minor issue but there were no mugs to make proper hot drinks (for example if your room is freezing); only tiny coffee cups.
