This man loves his sausage and has taken it to a whole new level of bratwurst perfection. Lovely room where you can wake up and know exactly where you are at. There are even emergency brats hanging over bed just encase. Breakfast is a great sampling of the 300 different items made there.

Great little hotel on the theme of bratwurst

Great little hotel around the theme of bratwurst. Recommendation for the Bratwurst Menue. All very nice. Quiet location. Possibility to buy fresh sausage or make courses

This is the most experiential accommodations I’ve ever stayed at

The rooms and all areas are very clean and the hotel is sausage lovers paradise. Rooms and the bathrooms are large and comfort level is high. The owners are extremely nice and passionate with what they do. Klaus the owner is a sausage God and a funny guy. I will definitely go back again. All the food is home made, fresh and has a touch of bratwurst….even the desserts which was fun to try. The breakfast was also amazing. I will definitely go back again

it was all perfect

We were very overwhelmed by this weekend and take only positive memories with us. Expectations were exceeded several times over. We were greeted very friendly. The rooms are great with great attention to detail. Also everything was very clean and the beds were great. The culinary experience was exceptional and very delicious. It was really all excellent. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the nice weekend.

Great hotel with a brilliant idea

We discovered the hotel by chance and we were delighted. With a lot of love and expertise, an idea that is second to none has been realized here.
Everything has been lovingly designed from A to Z. Hats off!!!
The welcome was very warm with a small beer and a piece of bratwurst.
