All that you need, including shuttle and parking for a great price

It was not easy to find a place to stay with shuttle service and a parking space for our car for a week while traveling from the Munich Airport, so we were quite happy to find Runa's online . We loved everything about it! The prices are clearly unbeatable, but the service and communication was also excellent. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and their restaurant is very cozy, offering a nice variety of typical Bavarian dishes. Highly recommend!

Parking service - nightmare experience, avoid!

DO NOT USE THE PARKING SERVICE
We only used the parking service, and after returning from our vacation, it turned into a complete nightmare. They had us park the car by a road on the edge of the village near a field. When we came back to pick it up, the driver had no idea where our car actually was—luckily, I had saved the location on Google Maps!
When we finally arrived at the car, we found out that all four tires were slashed. I strongly suspect this involves an organized group... We lost an entire day dealing with the situation, buying overpriced replacement tires, and paying for an expensive service.
Giving 2 stars only because of their active help in resolving the situation—they provided us with transport to the car and to the hotel so our children didn't have to wait out by the vehicle and we could at least charge our phones.

Parking? Never again here!

We booked our parking space here. It was inexpensive. We would never do that again. They do not like to talk to the customer here. Then the shuttle came for 10 people, but there were only 8 seats available. Then the parking lot is in the middle of the prairie. Tall grass, trees, and the cars do not look very good when you pick them up after 2-3 weeks. So we spend 5€ more and go to the other providers in the area. And there are many here. It's a pity, because only through service can one stand out.

Once and NEVER again

We only used the valet parking.
Once and never again !!!!
Such unfriendly communication didn't even deserve a star.

Never again

Reservation did not work or did not arrive at first. Then suddenly we had to pay twice, even though we only got a reservation confirmation. No accommodation.
Pick up also took much longer than stated.
