Facility is about 5min walk from the subway station (Lübecker - U1/U3).
The front desk seems to be staffed 24x7 (we arrived near midnight and someone was able to help us right away)
Part that surprised me was how quiet it was. Could not hear any significant noises from the hallway.

Disastrous cleaning and lack of customer service

Hello,
I didn't think that I would choose the standard phrase "It goes unfortunately no less than 1 star", I strongly advise against visiting the hotel.
We planned a couple of weekends in Hamburg and found the idea nice to make our breakfast ourselves and therefore booked two nights through a travel program of my employer for just under 200€.
Due to travel delay we were only at the hotel around midnight and received the room cards.
When the door was opened, the smell of cold fat was already rising towards us.
All open surfaces were coated with a lubricating film. Due to the late time we decided to spend at least the first night here and look further tomorrow.
When I opened the bed, human hair jumped on the sheet.
The night porter couldn't give us another room (despite capacity when booking) and I decided to remake the bed. I found even more and longer hair on the mattress protector UNDER the sheet (I also peeled it off, the mattress was old but not wet or covered in blood or something).
The next morning we were washing when suddenly there was a knock. We shouted "no" loudly several times, yet one member of the cleaning team came in and faced two naked and angry guests.
When checking out, according to the morning porter, there was also no executive in the house, but he noted our experience and promised a feedback.
The only feedback from Saturday morning until now (Thursday noon) was the bill and the debit of the credit card, a report by customer service or house management did not take place.
Only after contacting me did I get a response from the house management with reimbursement of my costs (the minimum) and stay-at-home order (what?), for an apology I am still waiting.

Wie bereits im direkten schriftlichen Austausch mit Ihnen kommuniziert, wurde der Sachverhalt hausintern geprüft und der vollständige Rechnungsbetrag aus Kulanz erstattet.
Unser Team hat sowohl nachts als auch am Folgetag lösungsorientiert gehandelt und versucht, eine angemessene Lösung anzubieten. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde Ihnen vor Ort angeboten, jedoch nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen.
Die von Ihnen angesprochene Nachreinigung Ihres Zimmers wurde für den Folgetag gegen 11:00 Uhr veranlasst. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war weder ein „Bitte nicht stören“-Hinweis angebracht noch die Zimmertür von innen verriegelt.
Mit der erfolgten Rückerstattung und unserer Stellungnahme betrachten wir den Vorgang als abgeschlossen.

Stayed 5 nights with family and friends. Good sized comfortable room with kitchenette and fridge. As with many German hotels, the airconditioning struggles on a hot day however we did get a fan.
The staff were friendly and helpful and ability to get a free tea/coffee at all hours was appreciated.
Short walk to Lubecker Strasser metro station and plenty of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distance.
Hotel breakfast was comprehensive.
Would stay here again.

Good location with bus 16 and the U1 subway right around the corner.
We would have perfered clean towels daily without having to pay extra for every clean towel (5€) and a minimum of 1 rol of toiletpaper a day would be more reasuring.
But other then that a good place to stay

Highly recommendation for hotel, Natalia and Lena

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times this year and I would always come back again when I come to Hamburg. Excellent hotel, friendly in every way, with a good location, close to public transport, the rooms are a great size and equipped with everything a family needs for a short stay, to feel at home, clean, the breakfast is plentiful, varied, excellent and I would especially like to say that the staff is very helpful, pleasant and wants to help. Every compliment to the staff, I would especially like to highlight Natalia, the girl who works at the front desk. The girl has excellent management skills, speaks few languages, kind, sweet, ready to help everyone at any time to feel comfortable during their stay at the hotel, professional and pleasant.
I would also like to highlight another person who works in the hotel, in kitchen...She is a wonderful lady Lena, who makes sure that everything in the kitchen is perfectly served, neatly, clean, delicious, who serves the most delicious apple pie :) and on the other hand is kind, sweet and professional. She tries to make all guests satisfied with the food, the offer and the service of the hotel, which also contributes to the hotel receiving the best recommendations.
I highly recommend this hotel for many more reasons, coffee for guests 24/7, water, teas, bread, social games available to guests, a children's corner, a laundry/drying room, a gym, everithing...
In any case, I highly recommend it to everyone.
