Excellent

A fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
The city's attractions are within easy reach metro a five minute walk from the hotel.
The room was comfortable I even got an upgrade of my room.
In-room shower and skin products of rituals.
Breakfast was very extensive from fresh salmon to omelettes etc.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Unfriendly staff, underwhelming breakfast and bad housekeeping in terms of cleaning. Would not recommend this hotel.

A hotel for up to three nights for people who want to experience "life" on and at the Reeperbahn.

Located at the "entrance" of the Reeperbahn.
Correspondingly many tourists are on the way.
The hotel is relatively new and modern.
The rooms are mostly in black ⚫️.
The reception staff was very friendly but somehow not at all.
The check-in took...
Reference to missing hygiene bags was included "gratefully". Nothing happened!
The room itself was good, large shower room. However, hooks are missing in the bathroom to hang towels, for example.
The view from the window was just terrible!!!
And, on about 22.09 until about 04 30.00 we were allowed to "participate" in the live music from the neighborhood
The breakfast was very good.
There was (almost) everything that tasted good.
We found the fact that the coffee drinks were brought to order particularly pleasant. No crowding at the vending machine.
The cappuccino tasted very good
It was the same with the egg dishes.
After ordering, they were freshly prepared and brought to the table.
For 25 euros a very (!) good price-performance ratio.

Anyone who complains about the volume should consider where he is ridiculous on the Reeperbahn it is just louder and no retirement home that should be known we are excited and recommend it ❤️

Perfect location and outstanding service – some compromises with the room.

The location of the hotel is simply top-notch – it couldn't be better. The proximity to the S-Bahn is very convenient. Particularly noteworthy is the entire staff: consistently sensationally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Such service is rarely experienced.
The breakfast was also excellent – nothing was really missing. The stylish bar with its great team invites you to linger, and the service there was also first-class. All our wishes were fulfilled.
The only point of criticism: The room and the bathroom were very dark and quite small. Additionally, our air conditioning did not work – at a felt 32 degrees, that was unfortunately very uncomfortable.
Overall, however, a great hotel with excellent service and a perfect location.
