An excellent hotel
The room was very clean, with incredibly comfortable beds, pillows, and crisp white linens. Great overall service and very friendly, responsive staff!
A special thanks to Nicola at the front desk — a true professional, extremely polite and helpful. He made our evening check-in fast and smooth, assisted us with parking, and organized our breakfast for the next morning.
The breakfast itself was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh dishes and drinks. Having a private underground parking garage with direct access to the hotel is a huge plus!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Very friendly welcome. Large, comfortable room with a large sofa bed for the third person. Complimentary water and ice.

Excellent stay in the heart of Altona
We had an excellent experience at NH Hamburg Altona as always. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were welcoming and helpful with local tips.
The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was amazing and the hotel was surprisingly quiet.
Location can’t be beat — right next to bus stop, so getting to the city center was easy. Breakfast had a great selection and the staff in the restaurant were attentive.
Thank you to the whole NH Hamburg Altona team for making our stay so smooth. Highly recommend!
