The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Would definitely return, when I visit Hamburg again. Incredible value for money.

Good accommodation option after a concert.
I booked this hotel because I attended a concert at the Volksparkstadion. I was lucky and booked right after the concert was announced, so the prices had not yet increased - shortly after my booking, it cost double. That would not have been in line with the hotel's standard. But it probably thrives on the events and the location, not because it offers luxury.
I had a single room, which is located exclusively on the top floor. Everything was well communicated regarding the accessibility of the 6th floor (elevator only goes to the 5th floor). And regarding the amenities. When I had an inquiry, the email was answered very quickly. The online check-in and obtaining the card from the machine works flawlessly.
The reception is only staffed in the afternoon, but there is an emergency number that can be reached until 10 PM.
Generally, it is not needed, but I still wonder what happens if someone needs help at night. The room was okay, nothing special.
Bright and modernly furnished, cleanliness was so-so. There was some mold in the shower grout, and the shelf above the sink was full of stains. There were a few hairs from the cleaning staff in the bed (I understand, as I have long hair myself and might lose one, but it shouldn't be in the bed).
I missed having power outlets by the bed; they were only available at the desk.

At night, it became very warm in the room. There is a fan, but it would be too loud for sleeping at night. The hotel is also located in the flight path, so one must expect airplane noise.
The hairdryer in the bathroom unfortunately heats up very quickly (it is just a typical cheap hotel hairdryer), so I had to take a break twice because it shut off.
The bed is comfortable, and the size is sufficient for one night; the hotel is quiet.
There is no breakfast available at the hotel, but one can register for breakfast at the bakery across the street. While one can also go there independently for breakfast, I still find it good that this option is available through the hotel.
Conclusion: One should not expect luxury, but if one does not feel like squeezing into the subway with thousands of people, it is a good option.

For the price, okay for one or two nights - nothing more, nothing less
I particularly noticed the cleanliness in the rooms (and only there) in a positive way. There was nothing to complain about. Staff also very friendly and helpful (when someone was there). S3 right outside the door. When the windows are closed, you don't hear anything from outside (from the street). Room space sufficient for 2 people.
As great as the rooms were, everything around them was dirty and a classic station forecourt. With everything that goes with it (arcade, corresponding clientele, a backyard parking lot without lighting, trash everywhere). My wife didn't dare go to the car alone at night to get something. The parking lot was really like in a bad movie. Not only the rooms but also the access to the hallway from the stairwell has an automatic locking system, which let you hear when someone came into the hallway. And someone was coming around the clock. No air conditioning. Leaving the window open is not an option either (airport flight path, S-Bahn station).
Therefore - for a short stay of one to two nights, if you want to be very close to public transport - definitely recommended.

Would have been fine, but there were small silverfish running all around the floor. I killed whay I could, but it was late and I was tired.
