Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, but no aircon, it was hot and convenient parking. Breakfast is average. and the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to motorway exit.

Catastrophic experience with dirt & mold

We were here as a couple and wanted to make a nice spa stay. Let's be clear: The hotel is a disaster. We heard the elevator, the federal highway and the air conditioning from the building next door all night, so sound insulation equals zero. In addition, the rooms are partly in 70s style and on top of that not clean. The bathroom was full of mold and did not even have a separated shower (showers like in a wet room in the camper). Those who now count on the SPA will also be disappointed. Everything is old, unlovingly managed and not clean on top of that. And finally: The reception, and you should be happy about every lost guest here, also not friendly. My conclusion after 35 years of hotel experience: This was one of the worst three hotels I've ever seen in my life.

Staff are really helpful, beds ok,

My wife and I as well as our family hosted the hotel for many years.
One can say at first it was great, but now it is only mediocre, it seems worn and the food, i breakfast is ok, with for the evening is it was very degraded.

Boring spa

We had a single night stay here. The place is located right by a Fleggard and there is a spa in the hotel. The spa was really disappointing. You couldn't try anything but a sauna besides having to pay a surcharge.
The breakfast drew my assessment a lot up. That was really good. Otherwise it is very forgetful

Pool cooler than 28 degrees

This hotel was super nice but the water is not 28 degrees hot but enough closer to 23 degrees and right to the cold side. A little embarrassing when you knowingly booked just because of heated pool
