Overnight stay on Motorcycle Tour

Room when we eventually got it was okay, arrived earlier than planned, booking in was not until 1600 we arrived at 1500. Someone was at Hotel but did not appear until 1630. Access was via a rough unpaved track which is not good on a motorcycle. That's the bad points...The restaurant was ok not a big menu but what was on it was good...beer was good and cold, Breakfast was ok

Not a bad stay and great apple strudel

We had a good experience with Gasthaus Mooshausl. We stayed one night after a visit to the Dachau site and before departing for Munich the next day. The staff were friendly and even though our German isn't very good, we were all able to communicate enough to get by.
The guest rooms were simple but comfortable. We all got a good night's sleep and were ready for the next day.
We ate dinner in the dining room that night. The food was typical Bavarian fare but that apple strudel was the best any of our group ever had. I would go back just for that.
Breakfast was available the next morning and was also typical European with lots of cheese, cold cut meats, and breads.
The bottom line is that this location is well off the beaten path. If you're looking for something fancy and near any activities, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a comfortable night, good food, at a very reasonable price, you can't beat it.

Good night before airport or just next to Dachau

We stayed in a one of the newer rooms . They are finished now and I thought very nice for the price. It is indeed inthe country which we like. A small lake with quite a few fishing. Obviously family run. A young daughter showed us to our room.
You can't get in your room until 4. We arrived early and were delighted they have a very
reasonable restaurant as well as a number of ice cream specialties. Good food,
not great but the price is very right. Indoor and outside seating. A good place to wait for your room
I did not see any of the older rooms. The newer rooms are more expensive but still much less than nearer the airport. I am basing my ratings on the new rooms.
Breakfast was not included and it was above our budget
WiFi is free but only one divice can log on during your stay. It is a log in system rather than joining a network. Once used for one divice any others cannot use that login and you only get 1.
Our room was large, clean. Energy efficient. It was our night before we flew home and we didn't want to pay airport hotel prices. It was perfect for our needs.

Avoid!!!

This was by far the worst b and b we have ever stayed. First of all, the door is locked until 4pm which is hard if you are doing a road trip and have to wait to drop off your luggage. There is very poor lighting and you have to go thru various buildings to get to your room. The room was not clean, coffee spills on the desk, a dirty mirror and windows so dirty that you could barely see out of them. By far the worst thing was the 13 plus cats roaming around, some with eye infections and mangy too. Really they should post they have cats if you have severe allergies like I do. I would never recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible 'Hotel'

Booked for one night on trip around Europe. Accommodation not finished with furniture left everywhere. Property is remote down rough track. Was in darkness on arrival with no owner present. Customer service worst I have ever experienced. Stated problem with booking and then tried to charge 50% more for cash. It may be cheap but like most things you get what you pay for and in this case you are paying for the worst experience I have had in all my years of travel.
Avoid at all costs.
