Wonderful celebration location

We were invited to a wedding as guests and had experienced a beautiful celebration in a beautiful location. The terrace with dream view and the mirror room with the round tables, just beautiful. Also the hotel rooms were good and quiet.

Disaster

Restaurant unfortunately a disaster: the food is lackluster and tasteless, probably reheated frozen food.
Service bad, staff unmotivated. Only the location saves the venue when the weather is good and the terrace is open…otherwise a complete failure.
How can something like this even stay in business? Unbelievable: you get warm water and only upon request do you receive water from the refrigerator. Guys, wake up…Do something with the potential of the location. This won't work out.
Still very disappointing; after we had already canceled a celebration there in 2005 in time due to the same problems, the organizers are unfortunately currently suffering massively.

No goodwill, no service – very disappointing!
I am absolutely disappointed with the way this House treats guests. I had a reservation that I wanted to postpone for understandable reasons – no chance. So I only had the cancellation, but also here: no accommodation, no refund, no credit – nothing! Instead, I got only one concise standard answer: "Non-cancellation reservation is not refundable."
For a hotel that presents itself as high-quality and service-oriented, this is a sign of poverty. That's not how you deal with paying guests. For me, this was definitely the last time – customer friendliness looks different.
