Very nice hotel in a prime location for sightseeing in Hildesheim. Easy to get to. The underground parking garage is extremely tight. We drive a Mazda 6 Stationcar and had to zig zag a few times to fit around the corners.
The girl in reception at check in was very serviceminded and spoke good English.
We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that.
One minus for me was the VERY firm/hard mattresses. Felt like I went on bed more than to bed.

Well-appointed room, modern, clean and all you need for an overnight. Excellent location with parking right outside. Close to town center- can walk to everything. Would stay again. Also not far from motorway- convenient when transiting.

Great short vacation!

We had an overall wonderful short stay at the Hey Lou Hotel Hildesheim. The room was very clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable – we slept wonderfully. The location near the old town is ideal, especially for a short visit of just one night. Although there was no closet in the room, it did not bother us at all, as the room was completely sufficient and practically furnished for our purpose.
Breakfast was fine, great coffee machine!
Those who complain about the price will always find a reason to do so.
We would gladly come back!

Good value for money.

Centrally located within walking distance from the train station in downtown.
Nevertheless: Please urgently work on the connecting doors between the rooms (e.g., 222 to 223).
The lady(s) in 222 were not really speaking loudly in an Asian language, and if I had mastered the language, I could have overheard/understood everything without eavesdropping at the door.
