A superb hotel in a magical and enchanting environment

We had a great stay in a great hotel that more than fully met our expectations: excellent service, friendly people, an extensive and eclectically designed spa, with nature-blended quite areas, nice breakfast, free snacks in the afternoon and delicious food in the restaurant (go for the halibut if on the menu !). Real value for money ! We certainly come back one day.

Not my kind of place

Good location but bed was not good and the whole place feels outdated, not my kind of vibe because of that. Swimming pools are nice but restaurant cuisine is quite simple and combination of it all makes it feel very overpriced for what you get.

Beautiful surroundings

A beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings. We really enjoyed spending the day in the garden, which was peaceful and beautifully maintained.
However, we would have appreciated a wider selection on a la carte menu for both adults and children. We would have preferred more choices instead of a large set menu.
It would also have been nice to have the option to buy a soft drink in the garden.

A Lovely Hotel with stunning views

This was my first time in the the Allgau region and I was very impressed, such beautiful scenery. The hotel is immaculate, the staff very friendly and accommodating and the views from almost every window are stunning. The food was plentiful, beautifully presented and delicious. The Wellness area is also superb with a wide range of facilities.

Amazing hotel - one of the best I have stayed at

Everything in the hotel was more than perfect and with attention to detail. The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view - like a postcard. The rooms were cleaned impeccably each day. The food in the restaurant was of premium quality and there were plenty of choices. The highlight for us was the spa area - the pool was warm and pleasant and there were many options for sauna and steam bath, treatments. All staff treated us like family. This is a unique hotel which I recommend to couples as well as families. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
