Overall very good

A comfortable and welcoming hotel.
Really excellent food and a very helpful team who seamlessly coped with our very limited German - the menu appeared in English each day without us having to ask for example.
A good location near to the station but not so near that there was any any noise or disruption from it.
My only comment would be that the wellness area is a bit disjointed. the main bit is presumably new and very good, but the steam room is in a different section near to the 2 indoor pools.

We stayed at the Reppert hotel for 2 days for the Pentecost weekend.
Magnificent hotel!
The staff is truly very kind, welcoming, smiling, and attentive!
Bravo to this team!
The meals, the room, the various services, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, everything is impeccable!
The wellness area is well thought out and very clean.
We appreciated the calm in the establishment!
Everything is done to make you feel good: even the daily newspaper that is placed on the breakfast table was printed in French for us! Plenty of little attentions that are given to the guests: a hiking bag in the room, an umbrella, a bag for the spa with towels and flip-flops, a personalized note in the room, ...
We loved it!

Hotel correct!

Wellness at the top
Decent dinner.
Nice room.
On the other hand big downside on breakfast.
Bread, rolls, cakes, everything is industrial, including jams.
For a superior four-star hotel, I find it disappointing.

More like a retirement home!

Actually, everything fit! beautiful junior suite, nice wellness area (except relaxation rooms are not exactly attractive), food was also ok. Unfortunately, however, at our time were only old, often very frail guests, which beat us on morale. We are about 70 years old ourselves and enjoy the peace and quiet in itself, but the guest room at the bar was more like a lounge in a retirement home!
