This place was a very pleasant surprise as to how nice it was. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room looked like it had not been used for som time. There was dust on the surfaces. The restaurant makes good food and the breakfast was okay.

Nice evening meal poor breakfast

Descent room with coffee/tea making facilities which is rare these days, so that was a nice surprise.
The restaurant had a good menu with a nice selection of local dishes.
The breakfast was boring, and not a lot to choose from fx no fresh fruit or vegetables, but the bread was nice. Only filter coffee, nothing to choose between fx cappuccino etc.
The hotel was nicely done up for Easter with branches decorated with eggs, flowers etc

One did not feel welcome at check-in

Simple but clean room that covered our need for a single night stay on our way through Germany, but rarely have I experienced such unfriendly, sour and very little welcoming at check-in. One felt in no way welcome, but rather to trouble. Neither a “welcome” nor the slightest smile was to distort the receptionist who seemed angry, stressed and tired of guests/customers. Coincidentally, another Danish couple was also checking in and we could both see and hear that they received the same unfriendly treatment.
Unlike the staff in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, which were cute, friendly and smiling.

Nice little hotel. Unbelievably much traffic noise.
Super service in the restaurant both evening and morning.
