Thanks for the great service!

We were with a total of 5 people for cycling on the Weser. Our hotel stay left nothing to be desired. Perfect parking of our e-bikes with charging facilities, great rooms and best culinary supply and all this not far from the Weser cycle path. Thanks for that!

Never again and the hotel is happy about it

A hotel that is happy when guests don't come back! I think that says it all!
The staff were very nice and friendly, but not very competent, and they forgot a lot of things, which left the stay on a bitter note!

Great help from Michael

On a bicycle trekking tour to Berlin we arrived at Hotel am Jakobsweg with 2 broken spokes in the rear wheel. The next morning Michael, the previous owner, arranged for a bike repair shop and took me and my bike in his car to the shop 8 km down the road. Great and friendly service. Much appreciated and would not have been able to continu the trip without this help. Thank you Michael and Christine!

We reserved 6 rooms for a graduation in Höxter. This hotel is about 15 minutes away!!!
First morning we try to bath, NO WARM WATER until 11 am!!!! The graduation was at 1, so we had to really run. The breakfast was very very poor in many senses, a big disappointment for a German hotel.
One of the rooms had its window not working and our guests were freezing all night.
There is a Church that sounds its Glocks every 30 minutes which for some rooms was very loud.
Would never return

Sehr gepflegtes Haus außen, tolles Fachwerk mit Blumen behangen und schön beleuchtet und bepflanzt zum draußen sitzen; die Zimmer sauber , zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber ganz lieb zurecht gemachtes Bett mit mehreren Kissen einem Betthupferl und schönen dicken Handtüchern. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nett zurecht gemacht . Hervorzuheben die Küche, die von einem jungen Ehepaar geführt wird. Tolle Speisekarte, frische Zutaten, sehr lecker zurecht gemacht . Gute Preise für Alles was dort angeboten wird. Ich hab schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen . Parkplätze für PKW vorhanden. Motorräder, Fahrräder stehen überdacht und können geladen werden. Im Hof steht eine kleine Sternwarte in einem durchsichtigen Kuppelzelt-schöne Idee, Lage drum herum sehr idyllisch. Gibt auch ein sehr gutes drei Tage Angebot inkl. Menü und Leihfahrrädern !
