Review for restaurant only

I’m only reviewing the restaurant: Good menu, good kitchen, clean and with a playground on the premises. Very friendly staff. Good parking for bicycles. Big salon with high ceiling, yet good ambience.

Moral failure: warning!

I booked a room, then suffered a serious accident resulting in a concussion three days before arriving. I pleaded with them to let me cancel, and they told me “even God couldn’t give me back my money.” Heartless people, don’t go anywhere near them. Wouldn’t trust them with friends and family.

Never again Hotel Heiderose

The hotel cancelled the two-day stay due to bad weather and the ferry not running. I would have arrived a day earlier, but they didn't want me to. The ferry didn't run on either of the days I could have stayed. But the money was taken and not refunded, a disgrace, no goodwill. A rip-off club.

Small island hotel, overpriced but still acceptable

Hotel located in the middle of the island with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere, which seems to have a new operator after closing. The breakfast is worth mentioning. It was a breakfast buffet that was above average. Several types of sausage, fish, fruit, pudding, yogurt, cheese, bread, rolls, coffee, tea, milk, coffee machine... Breakfast is also impressive in a 5-star hotel and was quickly replenished according to consumption, so that you never got the impression that something was missing. If you leave early, a lunch box is provided on request. Tip: ask for the number code for the luggage trolley before you arrive on the island, as contact by telephone is not guaranteed. There is also no restaurant due to a lack of staff, but that didn't bother us, as we ate out and it made the hotel a little quieter than if there had been constant clattering of cups.
Didn't like: Well, the price/performance ratio is not right (booked on Booking.com). Small room in an attic, without air conditioning or fan, which could be problematic at temperatures over 30 degrees. Carpet in the room is not up to date and shows signs of dirt. The freedom of movement for 2 people is therefore limited. 2 small free bottles of water on arrival and not daily, as is almost normal. No slippers and no extra hand towel. Cleaning in the bathroom: there were hair remnants on the floor every day. TV was adapted to the size of the room (24"). An invitation to use the minibar (fridge) free of charge consisted of 2 small bottles of lemonade. A bottle of wine that was offered was not there despite a special notice. A small furniture safe would also have been nice, but was not there. It was seriously noticeable that there was no smoke detector in the room and in the hallway, although the brackets were there.

Auf die Frage 2x3 Personen nach 10 warten auf der Terrasse , ob wur draussen bedient werden kam die Freche Antwort nicht klein Monent ich komm gleich zu Ihnen raus wo sitzen Sie denn, nei es kam sehen nie nicht es ist hier drin voll da müssen Sie sich bedienen , wir 2x3 Personen sind dann woanders hin, wie ein Schuljunge vorgeführt so nach dem Motto , weit und breit sind nur wir Sie sind auf uns angewiesen , das war mal lange vor Corona wohlmöglich heute ist der 14.09 2022 das war ca 11:30 uhr
