A Bed-And-Breakfast. Bring your own breakfast

I stayed in this "guesthouse" for 5 nights, since my son was studying in Aachen and living in Jülich, and the other guesthouse I had booked had a "technical problem" with the water supply. In the booking process (booking.com) it seemed that it had its own toilet and kitchen and so on, but when doing the booking eventually they gave me right the room depicted in the image. And what you see is what you get. No kitchen whatsoever, no toilet, no shower... Needless to say how uncomfortable is sharing a toilet with unknown people, but it's even worse when it's located on the upper floor.
No contact with the person or people running the place, everything is done through messages, and the key is in a safebox in the doorway. When you finish your stay there, just drop it in the mailbox.
As for the quality, lights were ok, and so was heating. Comfortable lining in the bed, but for my taste it was maybe a too soft matress. There's not much to write home about, because it was quite an spartan place to drop in bed and little more. Would repeat, if I were back there? For around 300€, 5 nights, I suppose. But I would try to choose a room with, at least, a non-shared toilet.
