Novo renovirane i prostrane sobe s besplatnim Wi-Fi vas čeka na glavnoj trgovačkoj ulici u Kielu. Brodski terminali, kao i glavni autobusni i željeznički kolodvor, udaljeni su samo 5 minuta hoda.

Great hotel close to train station and downtown (shopping, restaurants). Breakfast room is on 10th floor with a fantastic view over Kiel.

A lot of facilities were broken and we could not use the bathtub during our stay and the staff could not do anything about it.

Avoid this hotel !
Avoid this hotel - doors not secure and suspicious staff accessing room
We booked three rooms for a one-night stay, however between 6pm and 9.30pm while out for dinner cleaning staff had entered one room and removed some of the luggage. We decided to leave the hotel immediately as something was completely off and unsafe with both the receptionist and the (allegedly) cleaning staff. We discovered the locks on the rooms was not properly done (easy access to break in) and one door could open from the outside while “locked”.
Next day, it was confirmed that no cleaning staff was supposed to be there at night and would not have any reason to access any rooms at night.

Disappointing quality
Extremely bad experience. We had booked two rooms for two adults and two kids. When we opened the door with a key card to the one room there was a man sleeping in the bed. Very unpleasant experience. After about 40 minutes of waiting at the reception we finally got the "suite" on the 9th floor with the message that it was the best room the hotel had. Great view but that was all. The room looked very worn. Floor lists bended up and lay loose, floor gabet in doorholes, ceiling lights work partially, bathroom was worn and unmet. There was an almost empty toilet roll in the holder. The room was decorated with random budget furniture. No dark curtains, 19" TV located about 4m. from the bed which makes the sound must be twisted very up to hear. There is no refrigerator, coffee facility, iron or safe.
In general, there is a lot of sound at the hotel, which has many full guests where you have the feeling of a hostel.
Breakfast was served on the rooftop (lift to 9th floor and then stairs one floor up) nice view but very sparse and standard breakfast. Animals according to quality.
Overall an extremely bad experience.

Awful.
· I don't usually complain but our first night at the ASROR KIEL by CAMPANILLE was just a horror. We arrived at 11pm after a long trip to a hotel undergoing renovation, we were given a room that was a real oven (33°), no air conditioning, no fan at the reception, the sunlit bay window in the morning with enormous noise... We paid 155E per night for a room worth 82E.... I had to sleep on the floor because the queen size was too hot. ATROCE.... The next day, we had to wait until noon to change rooms, so we could not do anything as planned. If you want pictures I have at your disposal
