Hospitality is our top priority!

A perfectly enjoyable stay!
The location of the hotel is unbeatable – it truly cannot get any better. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately at home. The staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We were particularly impressed by the excellent service: Our luggage was brought directly to our room, and throughout our entire stay, we were cared for in a thoughtful and professional manner. Small gestures like complimentary water and tea further emphasized the positive impression.
The room was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and ensured restful nights. We would return at any time and can highly recommend this hotel.

Worn, responsive hotel

Worn hotel in great need of a revamp.
Our room keys were left in a security box with code lock, the reception was completely unstaffed all evening.
The room worn, black mold in the bathroom, doubtful electrical connections in the lights and we had to shower in lukewarm water. Extremely responsive, the company opposite was a partying group of boys so we were awake half the night.
Breakfast was okay, but no more. Their restaurant was closed on Saturday night.

Only for dinner

We took advantage of this hôtel restaurant only for dinner actually.
Historic Koblenz, in a fairly central area.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Of course, how not to eat the classic Viennese Schnitzler? Well cooked dish, large portion and cost if I'm not mistaken about 26 euros each.
Wide selection of wines.
Recommended! Especially if it gets late and elsewhere everything is full!

Reasonable stay, very dated room

Room is very dated, hotel advertised with other much more modern rooms on the website and booking.com. Breakfast is good.

A nice little return in the 70s

Hotel absolutely charming and well located in the center of the city of Koblenz. The style is from the 70s and this gives a retro character to the hotel which is very friendly. however there is no elevator and this can be problematic for some. Breakfast is plentiful and the staff goes to great lengths to satisfy their large clientele. On the other hand the room for one person is very cramped and placed next to the stairs, so noisy also.
