The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay very much. I would say a flaw is that the outlets are no where near the bed so you need a long cord. An advantage is that there is air conditioning which is huge in Europe, if you know you know.
The bed was quite comfortable too. It’s an easy walk to the train station and not far to sights too.

Great staff, was unusually cold duri n night and heat did not seem to work, we dealt with it and they comped us breakfast, would stay there again.

Highly recommended

Nice little hotel, centrally located about 7 min., walk, to the train station, also to the bus station.
Very nice welcome for our group, very good breakfast. Hotel is open until 22:00, as is the small and cosy bar/sitting area. During further visits to Koblenz our No.1.

If you're driving - a must read!

Fine hotel, but if you get the witch at check in you're in for a 5 trip around the city parking experience. Fuming. We checked in with a witch with a bad attitude - purposely made us circle the city 5 times trying to park. Here's why Ms Truchbull just says to park across the street (P parking). Well it aint that easy. Trip #1 go across street to park - YOU CAN'T get into the lot under the highway... it's a one way. This is why I say it was deliberate! Trip #2 OK I'll just go around the block as it's a one way. NOPE - ended back up over the hotel on highway. Circle back, go to hotel, she reluctantly gives the name of the parking lot - simple right, just GPS. Nope. Effort #3 Here's where you need specific instructions or you're going around the city 2 more times. The GPS sure takes you around the block to hit the one way traffic for parking. Well, what they don't tell you is (critical), there are two lanes turning left. If you take the logical (inside lane) to access the parking lot under the highway - NOPE you're back on the highway. Trip # 4 around the city. So, back around, I got it inside left. Then you approach the parking simple just pull in - NOPE, right lot but reserved parking!! Gotta back up out of the lot and circle the block again. Trip #5 does it. Just TWO THINGS: First take the outside left, and then the second left into regular parking. You can't really see the second, unknown left but it's there when you round the corner. All could have been avoided hence the 3 star. Now on a brighter note, another collegue Sebastian, couldn 't have a better experience. Sympathetic to the witch's bad attitude, polite, efficient, went above an beyond to make up for her attitude. Good breakfast, fine hotel. Just don't get stuck with Trunchbull.

Good hotel near the main train station - well suited for cyclists!

I felt very comfortable in the hotel!
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast with for me good selection of cereals and fresh fruit has tasted very good overall.
Since I had come with e-bike, I was happy about the lockable courtyard with bike rack and there are even sockets for the batteries.
The noise from the street I had not heard at all also because of the soundproof windows.
I'd love to come back.
