Short, relaxing stay

For our visit this time to Tropical Island, we decided to book at Sonnenhof Krausnick. The decisive factors were, on one hand, the proximity to the former Cargolifter hall, which is less than 7 km away, and on the other hand, the offer of a complete apartment with two bedrooms. On the day of departure, there was also the opportunity for a detour to Berlin, which is about 70 km away.
We found a very well-equipped apartment with, among other things, a washing machine,
a microwave, both a regular coffee maker and a unit for Nescafe capsules.
There is a generous distribution of power outlets in the kitchen area, so not only
one or two devices can be operated simultaneously, and you do not get in each other's way when
preparing breakfast, as is the case in many other apartments.

Features compared to other accommodation options:
The fact that the hosts have put a lot of thought into their guests is shown by
the entrance keys being equipped with a small flashlight, so late returners do not have to unnecessarily search for the keyhole with their phone light. Due to the high temperatures of the
recent past, the apartment was well ventilated in advance and a
fan was provided. What I have unfortunately encountered only very rarely in my long time of travel and business trips, but found here, is that the
hosts requested direct feedback through a questionnaire or a conversation about
the stay to improve it for future guests.
Checking in and out was super easy, and there was always a short chat.
The large bedroom and the living room have windows to the garden, providing great sleeping comfort even on summer days.
Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights on this trip, and therefore could not take advantage of all the offered amenities, such as the outdoor seating area with grilling options.
There is also a great relaxation factor for a longer stay here,
which we will keep in mind for a future trip.
