An absolute disaster! Stay away from this hotel

Unfortunately, an absolutely disappointing experience.
Even before our arrival, I asked by phone several times about an early check-in, since we were invited to a wedding starting at 3 PM. I spoke with about five different employees and received different, sometimes contradictory information each time. In the last phone call, I was explicitly assured that check-in after 3 p.m. would be possible all night long.
When we arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., however, check-in was no longer possible. Several calls to the emergency hotline provided no solution – even though the room was paid for in full. No one could provide us with access or help in any other way.
The customer service is particularly disappointing to me: To this day, the hotel has not responded to my complaint. Even after contacting them again and involving Booking.com customer service, I have not received any feedback so far.
Mistakes can happen. What matters, however, is how a company handles it. There was neither a solution nor an apology or any form of communication here. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Disgusting company.

Due to circumstances I wasn’t able to get into Germany as flights from the UK were cancelled - hotel couldn’t care less. Customer service is non existent for this hotel. Didn’t want money to go to waste so asked if I could change dates when this is all over or donate to a homeless charity - they then cancelled my booking so I couldn’t donate it (taking full payment) £200 down the drain when it could’ve housed someone for four nights. Disgusting.

We are sorry to hear that your ability to travel was affected by the current worrying situation. Unfortunately, the type of booking you chose is at a discounted rate which clearly states it is non-refundable at the time a reservation is made. As there were no governmental bans at the time of your reservation our hotel was open as normal. The situation is everchanging and evolving and this may be resolved in the future.

Heating did not work (stay in November), broken window you could not close, bathroom was not very clean, not very helpful staff at the reception

Beware of this hotel! You may not be surprised by the registration and technical problems of the hotel. By booking through the machine you can get a room that you did not pay. The staff did not know how to handle it. I paid for a 2-person room I received 1 person.In addition, I can not cancel my reservation I definitely do not recommend, there are a lot of hotels in the area with serious customer treatment - this one does not include
