The hotel is perhaps a bit unfavourable - so on the rails - it accompanied us into the night, although we slept on the 4th floor. There we had the big tower room; very funny when you go up there - but a great view from up there! The room is very clean and tidy, although the hotel seems to be from another time. But the investments in the ambience also stood out! Very pleasant. For me, the mattress was also great. Breakfast for 12 € was quite good, I even got gluten-free rolls (however overbaked). There was also parking next to the hotel in the evening.

Full parking lot. Bad communication. No heat in bathroom. Not attentive staff

The reviews already say a lot about the situation: Tram outside the door and pub. Ask for a room "out the back." You heard some party anyway and the tram too.
Rooms were clean, bathroom too. Shampoo and shower gel are available. Personally, the mattress was too hard for me, but that may be a matter of taste. Staff friendly, we were allowed to the rooms earlier. Room noisy, the couple next to us walking around and talking clearly heard.
The connection to the restaurant is very convenient in the evening. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant.
Connection to the city center via two tram lines and S-Bahn great.
All in all: nothing special.

Despite eight weeks advance booking, the reservation is cancelled three days before arrival due to alleged overbooking. No Service/rebooking. No meaningful recommendation regarding nearby alternatives.
The slogan "here hospitality is very important" seems like a bad joke.
Unprofessional.

You'll be accused for defamation if not pleased

Sleepless nights in this hotel due to bad beds and loudness during nights.
The hotel staff accuses you for defamation if you write a bad review about them in Google which just tells how much they care or are willing to improve. This alone should be a red flag to avoid the place.
