Absolutely fine!
My criticisms are that from 6 am it got loud in the street and I could only sleep with the windows closed and that insects (spiders, mosquitoes etc.) come in comfortably through the terrace door if you have a room on the ground floor. A fly net would be very good at this point. Also about a few vending machines (catering) on the front door I would have nothing to complain about.
Otherwise everything is fine and the price is great. Spent three times as much on such rooms and these were comparatively not even nearly as good.

We will no longer book this hotel
That hotel is modern, everything is in it, even a kitchenette with necessary dishes and cutlery...
But it was very cold the first night, the heating did not work, although we called, in the evening, on 18.11 ...
In the morning at about 9 o'clock we called again, because it was still cold, and that's when we were told that the technician would come and do everything...
At 12 pm nothing has changed..After that the cleaner was actually sent to check if it is really cold with us...and after a long time back and forth we were given another room!
That's an imposition on people to rent a room where they knew it was cold. That's what the office lady said..that there are some rooms of it! We stayed, but very disappointed..and I also got sick after this cold!

Modern design - ice cold room
Ice cold room with almost zero degrees outside!
Just lukewarm water in the shower!
Fridge in the room very noisy!
Lights in the bathroom that go on after motion detector - maybe I don't want to have bright light during the night toilet visit!
No lights in the entrance area!
And so on. Don't come back.

Bad surprise - totally dirty room - overall disastrous
We were lucky that we could at least open the doors. This already did not work for some guests.
However, it was surprising to everyone that the rooms were not cleaned.
With our room we had the impression that it was used all week for a permanent guest.
The floor was dirty. Food scraps were on the floor, on the bed and in the kitchenette.
The refrigerator was still occupied with food scraps. Empty pizza boxes were still standing around.
The bed linen was crumpled up on the bed. The whole room smelled unpleasant.
The bathroom also in an unacceptable condition.
Too bad for the hotel complex. The service just didn't work out. We were left without a room.
Later we were offered that we could either clean the room ourselves and get a discount or cancel it.
We disgusted ourselves in front of the room and cancelled immediately.
