Terribly miserable and rude waitress
The soup was nice, though I had to ask for bread. It arrived, stale with frozen butter. The main course was nice, but the huge factor which spoiled it for me was just how incredibly ignorant the waitress was. She disappeared for 15 minutes at a time an no-one was able to find her. No smiles, no thank you or anything. She has a permaneant sulk and NEVER smiles. When I asked for a copy of the bill (nicely and with a smile I might add), she got quite shirty saying that I could wait until tomorrow and walked off, ignoring me. Unbelievable. I waited another 10 minutes whilst a member of staff tried to find her. From what I understand, even the staff find her difficult to deal with. This member of staff will spoil your experience. The other guests in the restaurant were making jokes about her attitude, which is not flattering for the hotel. Clearly she hates her job and thinks serving customers is beneath her.
The young lady on reception was fine, with good customer service skills and very efficient. She is an asset and the waitress could learn something (rather a lot) from her.
My advice would be to eat out as Dingolfing is only 3 km's away.

Die Zimmer waren schön und modern, wobei wir leider das Pech hatten, dass der Gulli im Bad stak gerochen hat. Das merkt man schon bei Betreten des Zimmers. Auch der Gemeinschaftsbalkon ist nicht wirklich schön gewesen. Man kann weder Nachts beruhigt die Tür offen lassen, noch möchte man irgendwas auf dem Balkon stehen lassen. Aber grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.
