Super Hotel in Lünen

Very nice, tastefully decorated rooms, rich breakfast, very clean. Friendly staff! Would love to come back.

Peace disturbance deep into the night

We spent one night there on a Saturday in April 2026. That day and that night, there was a closed company in the adjoining restaurant. The music (stomping techno beats that go to the core) was so loud that in our room on the first floor, sleep was unthinkable. And that went on until about 4.00 at night!
Either you shouldn't offer a hotel operation in such a case or only allow music until a certain time.
The hotel staff, when asked about this, have found no words of apology.
We can not recommend the hotel!

A lovely little hotel

We traveled to Germany for the Euro's and spent a night there, its wonderful a little hotel with a lovely little bar, its very clean and tidy, the staff were both helpful and friendly, especially Nicole who made us all feel so welcome, I would definitely recommend it.

Good restaurant with good ambience and good value for money

Hello everyone, sometimes I wonder where some of the bad reviews actually come from. In the end, they are the people who are always dissatisfied or who haven't built anything up in their own business. The owner "Teschi" has been in the business for a long time and the brewery is one of the best places in Lünen. The service is also nice and friendly. Good place with a good atmosphere and good value for money.

Management’s cheeky response to constructive criticism

I have never experienced this before, although I have stayed in many hotels at home and abroad. I booked two nights, the breakfast was average to simple, the room was clean, in the attic, but no dessert, no soap or anything similar in the bathroom. Pillows were very thick, I asked for a thinner one on the second day - nothing happened. I was not allowed to leave my luggage anywhere on the day of departure.
I made constructive criticism in an email (it was expressly not about reimbursement!) and received a really rude response from management:
"We cannot understand why you had to put your things on the floor, after all there is a desk in the single room within "reaching distance"...
As far as the provision of shower gel goes, we do not see this as standard for a room price of 79.00 euros (92.00 euros including breakfast), but as a small
attention, which we do not mention in the hotel description and therefore there is no entitlement to it.
If you ask politely, we will of course refill them free of charge, although we actually assume that athletes and non-athletes bring their own toiletries.
As for the pillow, it was definitely changed in your room. We do not have various fillings and/or sizes.
That would not be acceptable at a price of 92.00 euros including breakfast.
We recommend that guests whose requirements we do not meet book higher class hotels. "
