Super nice hotel in a small town next to the lake. Superb breakfast with everything you need. Nice pool and sauna included in your stay. The view from the room is super nice. Parking area gets full fast but parking next to the hotel is 50c/min 8-18 so it works fine too. Nearest car charger is next to the train station, only two 22kW and max 4hrs.

Disappointing

We arrived as a small family for 2 nights, the booking was relatively spontaneous!
The hotel welcomed us with a smell of cloaca when we entered the lobby.
Our room was unfortunately not ready yet, so we had to pass the time and went to Malente center. Here you will find some restaurants and cafés to linger.
When we were finally allowed into the room, we were more than disappointed. We had a standard double room facing the land and lived virtually above the air conditioning outlet.
The balcony was dirty and the furniture weathered.
The room itself also smelled like toilet and when we opened the bathroom we also knew why...! The bathroom was dirty and worn out.
The standing toilet smelled like a station toilet, the sink was blocked and the joints of the shower were mouldy.
When we reported the abuses at the reception, we were sent the caretaker, who came and left after a short time of unfinished business!
Breakfast was solid, some fresh fruit and the baked-on rolls served their purpose.
Too bad we won't be back.

An old gem that still shines thanks to great service

Very good service. Very friendly staff. The hotel is beautifully located by a lake and is a great place to stay.
The pool and sauna warmed us up nicely this autumn.
Good menu in the restaurant and a cozy bar.
Easy to park.

Hotel with spa & gastronomy in a fantastic lake location

Nice hotel in a fantastic location right on the lake.
The hotel also offers a gastronomy and home-style menu.
Also a spa area with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
The rooms are functionally furnished and could certainly get a modern touch. For the overnight but sufficient and convenient.
