I arrived late and was greeted with helpful staff and got a clean, comfortable room for the night. I would stay here again.

Gladly again as there is nothing to complain about here

So I can't understand the bad reviews here. I wanted a hotel near the train station at a reasonable price. That's already worked. The service was good and the room was great there cozy, stylish and clean. Even at breakfast there was nothing to complain about. Also next time in Mannheim I will stay at Garner.

Leider beziehen sich die vielen schlechten Bewertungen auf das Haus vor der großen Renovierung und Wieder-Eröffnung im November 2024 und diese können nicht so einfach gelöscht werden.

The best hotel selection

A fantastic hotel centrally located in Mannheim. Good, restless and well-maintained rooms. A very friendly and service-oriented staff and an overwhelmingly nice breakfast buffet, it can only be recommended to stay here when you are in Mannheim.

Please be aware that the hotel is missing air condition, and be aware it's proximity to a noisy street. Otherwise I found the hotel nice and clean.

Convenient hotel for Mannheim Rail Station

Very convenient for Mannheim Hbf (main station) and city local public transport. Good check in. Hotel was clean, bright and room was perfectly good for a night's stay. No problems with the bathroom or WiFi. Only downside was laminate flooring. As I had an early departure, I did not take breakfast (which is an extra cost).
