Culinary highlight

In this very nice 17th century house. In the 19th century, one is served warmly and professionally. The food is a culinary highlight for the eye and the palate. We can only recommend the Red Ross for a well-kept meal for two or with friends and family.

Beautiful inn (almost) on the romantic road

We spent the day in Rothenburg ob der Tauber and then consciously went to eat at the Rote Ross Marktbergel in the evening. We were six people and were very satisfied with the quality of the food and service. The map is not big. There were two menus offered and individual dishes. The 3-course "lamb menu" was very good and plentiful. In addition to the individual dishes there was also "a greeting from the kitchen", which we found very accommodating.

Fantastic meal....

We stayed at the Roten Ross for one night on our trip to South Tyrol. The dinner was delicious, the breakfast was really great and our room was very clean and stylish. The house has a lovely ambience and we really enjoyed our stay.

This time i've tried the Restaurant: simply amazing.

Excellent food from the starter to the desert.
Nice atmosphere, everything was easy and relaxed. Nothing wrong.
I've tried a couple of dishes and was all done in the right way.
Happy to have done this choice, i won't miss it next time.

Fantastic hostess at hotel Rotes Ross

We met an extremely friendly and helpful hostess at hotel Rotes Ross. Our car broke down and she helped us plan our travel home to Denmark. Something that proved to be very difficult. She fed us and served us drinks free of charge. What kindness!
The hotel is lovely. All you can wish for. A beautiful room, super breakfast and a sunny court yard. Definitely worth a visit!
