Friendly excellent hotel and restaurant

Room very spacious, comfortable, very friendly staff, food in the restaurant was excellent, no complaints, service was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful

Clear recommendation

We stayed here for a stopover on the way to South Tyrol. Nice and clean room. We cannot understand the bad reviews at all. Nice staff. Delicious eaten in the beer garden. Very good parking in the parking lot belonging to the hotel. Short walk to the beautiful city center.

One sentence with X!

What was that? On the first night until the morning hours noisy techno event next door. So, close the window. On it incredibly hot in the room, no A/C. Second night: Urine stench from outside, so close the window again. Rest like the night before. Consistently bad-tempered, overbearing, averted employees, We have at least given ourselves the third, already paid night and left early - a hotel must first manage that... Never again!

Good solution

The hotel is a good solution for those traveling, a short walk from the center of Memmingen, I would not say that the decor is modern, at least not in my room, large room with the essentials, non-working refrigerator, very small shower towels, good cleanliness.

Disappointment

The hotel appears decent and clean at first glance. The restaurant offers very nice and delicious food in the evening. However, the room cleanliness and reception service fall short of expectations. We discovered an old toothpick in a glass on the sink, rotten blueberries in the fridge of one room, and a sticky substance in another. At the reception, an excessive use of air freshener was noticeable. When we opened the window to let in some fresh air due to the unpleasant atmosphere, the receptionist requested us to leave the hotel. Surprisingly, no apologies were offered, as if such issues were routine. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stay, though I still hope our experience was an unfortunate exception.
