Nice place, convenient to get around. but room has no air conditioning so was stuffy.

The staff at the reception were very rude and unfriendly. They were not helpful at all. Whenever we asked a question, they either ignored us or told us to ask another colleague, constantly passing us around. They treated guests dismissively and even scolded people in a rude and disrespectful manner.

Experience report for 2 days

The room was not particularly clean, the drain smelled, and it was almost unbearable in the bathroom. There was a bloodstain on the mattress. When I asked for another room key, it was given to me without any questions = anyone could get a key for any random room.
The location was not bad since a tram station is almost next to the hotel. However, the street was very loud, and one did not feel particularly safe. The rooms are quite noisy.
And the air conditioning does not work.
+ Location and there were security personnel. And the breakfast buffet is actually good.

We've stayed at these hostels in other European cities and they're usually a safe enough bet. This one was let down by the elevator not going to the top floor, meaning we had to carry luggage part of the way up. Also the bathroom, whilst clean, smelled awful, so there was obviously a problem with the drains. Not the best experience, maybe the other branch nearer the Hautbanhof would have been better.

Worst

One of the worst branches of A&o and very bad staffs . I had booked for 7 nights the room was dirty and i directly checked out the next morning now im asking for refund no one is responding very bad customer service
