Great hotel in Munich

Really friendly & helpful staff, and a very comfortable room right in the city centre. The hotel has a great vibe and we were made to feel very welcome there. Our room had a kitchen and a small balcony. The very efficient and silent aircon kept us cool throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again when in Munich!

Fantastic hotel

Excellent reception staff with great recommendations. Jostus was a great guy & was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and staff.

Nice overall but noisy

The bar essentially turned into a club at night on Saturday (DJ) and was very loud on Friday.
Our room was on second floor but below the bar on the fifth. You can tell that they tried to sound-proof the walls, but the large windows let in sound. The music stops at 12am.
The rooftop bar is advertised as part of the hotel so I assumed guests would have priority over external visitors. This was not the case and it should have been mentioned. If we knew, we would have made a reservation, to not be turned away at the door. It acts more like an external bar attached to the hotel.
The main issue is that the bar is the hotel's only communal space, so there is not much space for guests. They seem to be renovating the sixth floor so maybe they plan to fix this.
Despite this the room and location are very nice. Queries were responded to quickly and missing amenities were added when requested. Easy communication to the hotel online.

Great location and nice staff, right where all the action is.

Haus Im Tal was a nice stay despite an issue with the air conditioner not working properly in our room. The response from the staff was quick and efficient and much appreciated. Staff were nice and friendly and the location is just unbelievable, absolutely perfect location in the heart of the old town. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location!

Haus im Taul was a wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed at our arrival with a beverage and were able to check in a little early due to availability. The room was very comfortable and clean and the location of the property was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich!
