The stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and well appointed (the pillows were a bit floppy). The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and even had a little Prosecco for a lovely morning lift. The only thing that was subpar was the inconsistency with the wifi, but that is not a reason to not stay. When we return to Munchen we will certainly stay here.

The breakfast spread is excellent, and the outside sitting areas/atrium in the back area is peaceful. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The physical amenities are as advertised. There were two things to be aware of, however. If the weather is exceptionally hot, the hotel has a ceiling fan but there is no ac in the rooms. Also, they provide a parking placard that you can use for on the street parking along with the general public and locals who live in the area. The hotel does not have exclusive parking per se. There are only approximately nine parking spaces near the front entrance. There is a parking garage down the street as back-up.

I stayed at this hotel and had a really great experience. The environment is welcoming, well-kept, and relaxing, ideal for spending a pleasant stay. The staff was always kind, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the guests.
A strong point is definitely the breakfast: rich, abundant, and suitable for all tastes, with a wide selection of sweet and savory, fresh, and quality products. Every morning it was a pleasure to start the day with so many options.
The facility is well organized and offers a family-friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, tranquility, and excellent hospitality. I will definitely return.

Friendly reception staff on arrival. Booked an Executive Room but if I'm honest, wasn't worth the extra paid - the only difference is an outdoor terrace with a couple of chairs that have definitely seen better days! If you want to avoid the smoke smells from other terraces and the bar downstairs, do not book the executive room. Small room with just about enough space for the two of us with suitcases each. Really small bathroom although shower cubicle is spacious, the shower itself is not a power shower. Toiletries just about adequate. Towels fresh and fluffy but not bath sheets. Room not ideal if you need to work from it. Quite a big gripe is that even at this price point, your room will not be serviced unless you specifically ask for it at reception before 10am each day. Even when it is serviced, they will literally change the towels and nothing else. A good 20-30 minutes walk from the old town but there are lots of places to eat and drink very close by. Quiet area, very residential.
Overall, a very average stay, personally wouldn't stay again.

Recommended to other travelers! We love this quaint boutique hotel. The services were excellent and Very helpful. Although not in the city center, it's still very accessible by public transportation!
We will be back for More!
