The worst hotel..
Absent service, bad room (the bed base was completely torn off, a broken lampshade, no mini-bar, no second pillow) noisy room due to absent or malfunctioning soundproofing, (and it is on Lopoldstrasse that it is a big slide), toilet in a cubicle that you barely get into.
Toilet that has seen better days and degrees of cleanliness.
Not to mention the fact that in a double bedroom occupied by two people, there were towels for only one.
On the other hand, a 0.75lt bottle of NON-carbonated water charges you 8.7€. The one supplied to the room was 0.5 lt (for two people) and must last you at least two days. Finished that you pay dearly to still be thirsty.
Room cleaning carried out every two days with the excuse of saving on pollution (but what?).
Savoury breakfast present only on request, otherwise food exposure reduced to a minimum (there were only anemic boiled sausages) , only on insistence I could have a deka cap and bacon and eggs , which are provided , but not exposed.
Never let them consume too much. Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever gone to. Ranked four stars on search engines, but stayed in two stars put Much better, much better...

Very nice to have a good bar which opens till quite late and serves hot food.
In close proximity (one or two bus stops) from a district where there are tons of restaurant options: they really have all kinds of food available. But this also means it could be slightly noisy on football nights. But I suspect the cars would be honking everywhere in the central part when Germany wins a game.
Plus: a/c available. It works, But don't expect it to be very cool. It will be cool enough to sleep, but not cool enough to put on a blanket. You also probably can't open the windows during the weekends.
The amenities are bare minimum for such a big room.
There is a hairdryer but it's not very powerful. There is a coffee machine with capsules, but only paper cups.
There is no kettle. We asked for one and it did not appear.
There is also no phone to call the front desk (it's also not manned after office hours anyway).
They have a pillow and calm down set menu. We asked for one but it never arrived.
Room is clean.
