Great stay I added nights and was happy.
I loved the hotel and staff. Everyone is hard working, kind and helpful. I really needed a break and this was perfect. I stayed for 6 nights and felt it was wonderful. Nice to have a bath tub as well. I don't like to not have a tub. The bier garden next door was fabulous to. Great bier , excellent food and very nice area.

Top End Budget Hotel
A friend and I came here for Oktoberfest and booked it because it was budget and in a fairly reasonable location. In short, we were not disappointed. The hotel was extremely clean throughout, very comfortable, quiet rooms, and great service too. The breakfast is very basic, but it wouldn't stop me staying here again, whether it's for Oktoberfest again, or even if I brought my wife and kids here too.

Do not stay here they are thiefs.
I was checking hotel prices and was on their web site and it said I had to enter my CC info to get the rates but I would not be charged unless I accepted the rates and wanted to book. As soon as I put me CC info in I got a notice that said congratulations I just booked my stay. I did not want to book there I was just checking prices. Once I got the notice I called them and they said they would not refund my money $2,226.08 I notified my bank who has contacted them and they said although I never stayed there, they are keeping my money. They are crooked thief's to do that. The right thing to do would have been so easy but they would rather steal from tourists visiting from other country's I guess that's more important to them then doing the honest thing. They are so desperate for money they will steal to get it. I never stayed at this hotel so I don't know how the beds or rooms are I can only relay my personal experience in hopes that other are not victimized like I was.

Sehr geehrter Herr, so wie Sie das hier schreiben ist das nicht richtig. Sie wollten keine Preise vergleichen, hierzu benötigt man bei booking.com nicht die Angabe der Kreditkartendaten und schon gleich gar nicht der CC-Nummer. Sie buchten in unserem Haus am 22.08.2016 ein Einzelzimmer für die Zeit von 22.09. bis 08.10.2016. Wie aus der Buchungsbestätigung ersichtlich, handelte es sich hierbei um eine nicht mehr stornierbare Rate.
Sie riefen uns ca. 2 Wochen später an und fragten nach, ob Sie die Buchung stornieren können und wir teilten Ihnen mit, dass dies kostenfrei nicht mehr möglich sei, dass Sie aber im Falle einer Stornierung 20 % des Gesamtpreises zurück erhalten würden. Da über booking.com keine Stornierung bei uns eintraf, gingen wir davon aus, dass Sie doch anreisen würde. Sie reisten am 22.09. nicht an, wir hielten jedoch die Buchung aufrecht, das das Zimmer ja bezahlt war. Wie wir später bei Tripadvisor ersehen konnten, wohnten Sie im angegebenen Zeitraum in einem anderen Hotel in München.
Da wir nichts dafür können, dass Sie in zwei Hotels gleichzeitig buchen und da daher das Zimmer bei uns während des Oktoberfestes leer stand, haben wir nun auf die von Ihnen bei der Buchung akzeptierten Stornobedingungen, bestanden. Diese lauteten wie folgt: „Der Gesamtbetrag der Buchung wird jederzeit nach Abschluss der Buchung fällig. Stornierungen: Alle Stornierungen, Änderungen oder Nichtanreisen werden mit dem Gesamtbetrag berechnet“.
Wir möchten ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass wir keine „Diebe“ sind. Auf eine Anzeige wegen Verleumdung und Rufschädigung verzichten wir, da wir unsere wertvolle Zeit lieber unseren vielen, netten Gästen widmen.

Very nice. Super friendly staff
This hotel has a bus stop right outside which can take you to the train station. We purchased the train/bus tickets from reception at the hotel. Which was very convenient. The staff spoke English and were ever so helpful. I stayed in a single room which was small but very clean and had everything you needed. The bathroom was lovely and clean. The breakfast was really good. I think I ate enough for 3. There is a pub/restaurant next door which was also very good. Also a chinese restaurant down the road. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Peaceful stay
I stayed here in early May 2014.
My basement room was large, clean and comfortable with a choice of three beds !
Breakfast was simple but good quality, and staff very helpful. In the evening I dined in the Sollner Hof restaurant next door which was excellent and somewhere I would definitely like to eat again. I
During the week of my stay there was a large conference in Munich and many hotels increased their prices to VERY high levels. I am pleased to say that Sollner Hof Hotel did not take advantage of me, and the price charged was very fair.
I would definitely come here to stay again
