A good stay with family. We had 2 rooms. Quiet location
We had a great time staying at this hotel. In a residential area, so its very quiet at night. Felt very safe too. A few mini super markets along the streets open after the local Penny's close at 8pm.
There is a few very good local restaurants walking to nearby also. The U Bahn is not far.
Staff are friendly and informative.

Disappointing and dirty
As soon as I arrived at the reception, two girls were laughing boisterously among themselves; I wasn't even welcomed! The hotel is dirty, the staff is rude. The carpets smell, and the coffee glasses and accompanying spoons are dirty! I had to clean the toilet seat as soon as I arrived in the bathroom because of a suspicious stain! The location is perfect, right next to the U-line subway, a 3-minute walk away, but that is the only strong point.

Disappointing
Upon arrival, the beds looked made without a change of sheets...they were quite wrinkled. In the room, we had an induction kitchenette, but I had to ask several times for the necessary cookware, and the smoke alarm went off twice out of 4 because the ventilation system is very, very poor.
The hotel staff does not inform guests of the need to have the green sticker if arriving by car, so you are at risk of a fine without knowing it. The hotel parking is very expensive: €19 per day. They do not warn you that public parking is free on Sundays and holidays.
On the last day, returning after an all-day trip, we found the room door open...the cleaning staff forgot to close it!!! In the lobby, they just said that they also thought it was not a good thing and that they would report it to the staff...
We appreciated the complimentary daily bottle of water and the coffee pods (1 per person).
The subway is a 5-minute walk away.

We were very pleased to receive an upgraded room however cleaning (in particular dusting) could be very much improved. Beds not the most comfortable unfortunately. Breakfast was decent although varied. Greater expectations for the price paid.
