Very good

Modern property, easily accessible at the gates of Munich, a stone's throw from the Olympia Park. Also close to the subway. Large entrance with an area for aperitifs and quick, informal meetings. The restaurant and breakfast room is also comfortable. Complete and good breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. Also equipped with an underground parking garage, or there is a large parking lot across the street.

Good hotel but management is poor

Hotel itself is ok but one ill mannered staff Satidh has ruined my day. Extremely rude. I have escalated my complaint to the management. Instead of asking me anything they replied me with the bunch of lies.

Convenient Stopover with Good Breakfast, but cleanliness of Room Amenities need to be improved

We stayed for just one night as a stopover before catching a flight the following day.
The room for four was alright, with the sofa converted into a bed for my two boys. It was a practical setup and worked well enough for an overnight stay.
However, one thing that was quite appalling was the condition of the water boiler. When we wanted to boil some water, we found that it was still filled with water that looked as though it had been sitting there untouched for a long time. The boiler was kept inside a cupboard, which made us wonder how often it was checked and cleaned. For hygiene reasons, we decided not to use it.
A pleasant highlight was the breakfast spread, with a good selection of local Bavarian delights (Weisswurst, Sweet mustard, Brezel etc), and legit hot chocolate.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. So much choice.
We had free parking and a free bottle of wine. We would stay again.

Nice for business

Nice hotel for business but twice cleaning staff entered my room on morning of check out. Please change this practice to a phone call if you want to ensure guests are aware they need to check out.

We are pleased to see your general reviews and regret your impression of the departure day all the more.
We are sorry that you felt pressured by the cleaning team's behavior; naturally, this should not happen. There are established procedures requiring staff to wait an appropriate amount of time for a guest to respond after knocking before opening the door, and our housekeeping manager will provide further training on this. We also recommend using the red "Do Not Disturb" sign; this lets the teams know the guest is still in the room, so they will not knock. It is true that not all guests formally check out at reception—for instance, if payment arrangements have already been settled. Naturally, our staff want to get as many rooms ready as possible for new arrivals at 3:00 PM. Please do not view this as making excuses, but rather as an explanation of the circumstances; as I said, this certainly should not have negatively impacted your stay. Please accept our apologies for this final impression.
